This is a little clearer shot of Jupiter. Four of the moons of Jupiter were visible through the telescope, but none of them showed up in the pictures. I was amazed back in 1986 to discover that I could see them through binoculars. Jupiter is the brightest thing in the night sky besides the moon right now. Try looking at it with your binoculars and see if you see three or four little dots lined up on either side of Jupiter. They change relative positions every night as they go around the planet at different rates.
