San Antonio, TX
December 15–18
We had a couple days in Richmond after a couple days in Williamsburg. We flew to San Antonio mainly to see the Riverwalk all decked out for the holidays. We stayed at a hotel right by the river, so the night we arrived we went down to the Riverwalk level and were greeted by the holiday lights.
Decorated boats came along.
The next morning, Mary Jane posed for me in front of the hotel’s Christmas trees. She wore my floppy hat.
We toured the Alamo and its grounds.
The six flags that have flown over Texas
Models showed different configurations over the years.
We took the hop-on-hop-off bus for a guided tour of major parts of the city.
In the evening we ate Tex-Mex food and took a boat tour.
